Over the years we have been proud to represent such famous brands as Hallmark Cards, Sanrio's Hello Kitty and Ty Beanie Babies. We value our customers. We stand behind the quality of all of the merchandise we sell and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, all you have to do is return your purchase to us for a full refund of your purchase price. We cannot, however, refund shipping and handling charges.

We are a Ganz Webkinz retailer, not second hand resellers or an auction site. You can be assured that you are purchasing factory fresh, original Ganz Webkinz products that we received directly from Ganz. We will never charge more than the retail price we charge in our retail stores. We will never increase any Webkinz price to profiteer from our customers. Something to know about us.
